Pay for the year you actually photograph.
Ten documents a month, free, no card. When the shoebox gets real, a hundred a month costs less than one hour of a bookkeeper’s time — and so does a thousand.
Paying for 10 months instead of 12.
Every plan reads every receipt the same way. The accountant ZIP, the handover link, the Xero and MYOB files, line items and supplier records are on all three — including the free one. The only difference is how many documents a month.

Questions people actually ask
- When is Business worth it?
- When a second person starts photographing. Two people means the same docket arrives twice, so Business matches duplicates on supplier, date and total, keeps every line on the invoice rather than just what it added up to, and logs each handover to your accountant. A thousand documents a month works out under five cents each.
- What counts as a document?
- One receipt. A photographed page holding four dockets is four documents, because it is four things your accountant has to see. One file can carry up to twenty.
- What happens when I hit the limit?
- Nothing stops. We warn you at 80%, draw on any pack credit, and keep reading either way — except on the free plan, which is a hard ten. A blocked receipt mid-quarter helps nobody.
- Does my accountant need to pay?
- No, and they don’t need an account either. You send a link; they open it in a browser, code it once per supplier, and download the Xero or MYOB file.
- What if I stop paying?
- You keep everything already read and can export it. The workspace drops back to the free plan’s ten a month.
- Is this tax advice?
- No. AI Receipts prepares figures and records. It never lodges anything with the ATO and never certifies that a claim is correct — your registered tax or BAS agent decides.
- Do prices include GST?
- Yes. Every price on this page is in Australian dollars, GST included, and you get a tax invoice for each payment.
